Every dream you have is created by you, out of your own mind and body. Every dream is a drama complete with settings, cast, dialogue and effects directed by you for your own benefit. There is no part of any dream, not one tiny or seemingly insignificant detail that isn’t an aspect of you. Every nuance is personally significant. Every item, character, perception, and situation in our dreams are full of meaning.
More insightful than any psychoanalyst, more informed than any scientist, and wiser than any guru—our dreambody is the single most significant source of personal insight and transformation.
There are many types of dreams.
Serial dreams that appear again and again. Stress dreams where we show up late or are unprepared in some way. Dreams where we are being pursued. Dreams about happiness, sadness, flying, gaining, losing, loving, fighting. Nightmares that wake us with hearts pounding. Some of these dreams are more common and are relatively easy to decipher. Other dreams are stranger, more elaborate or profound providing an extraordinary amount of information—information that is useful in translating subconscious symbolism into waking conscious meaning.
